Earth Day 2017 Celebration

On Earth Day, the Triangle Land Conservancy will have its Grand Opening of the Brumley Forest Nature Preserve, celebrating its 7th nature preserve to the public!

Mark your calendar for Saturday, April 22nd from 9am to 5pm for a fun (and free) day of hikes, runs, mountain biking tutorials, guided trail rides, nature adventures, kids activities, yoga and more! Enjoy ice cream, food trucks, local beer, raffles, contests and much more! Registration is not required for this event and you're encouraged to bring friends!

Where: 3055 New Hope Church Road, Chapel Hill, NC 27514

The George and Julia Brumley Family Nature Preserve is located in western Orange County, approximately 2 miles southeast of Hillsborough and just a few miles from downtown Durham and Chapel Hill. This new nature preserve has a 15-mile trail system that includes hiking only and multi-use trails that mountain bikers can use too!
